Had to manually convert the schema for OpenDJ/OpenDS since the sissy see-ay dun support it.

1) The custom schema file 99-user.ldif
2) Indexes by adding these entries to the config.ldif (smindex). For the VLV index, edit the base DN to your policy store Base DN. The one used here is o=siteminderps
